Missing partsAnonymous reviewerI bought this and didn’t realise that it was a 2 part set. There was only the brush and pan and it does not flag up at the register that part is missing. I contacted the store immediately but I still haven’t heard anything back. That was months ago, very disappointing.
Poorly constructedAnonymous reviewerThis looked good in store but my brush holder is misaligned and not perfectly vertical, so the brush sits awkwardly over to one side with most of it not in the pan. I would avoid this.

Poor quality, inefficient, broken within a weekAnonymous reviewerFirstly. The box had a completely other items fittings kit so I had to order and wait for the right fittings to arrive. When it did it was hard to put together, the screws didn’t feel quite long enough to hold the handle on the pan. The hand is wonky and not at a 90 degree angle and as others have said the double screw holding the brush to the handle is weak and the brush just falls off. The double screw has actually split the bamboo wood. I’m going to try and return. It’s a shame because it looks good otherwise but is atrociously built with such low quality.
Handle missing!Anonymous reviewerThe box only contained the pan and brush - there was no handle for either the broom or the pan - really irritating. Normally the till tells you if there are 2 packages - there was no message and therre were no additional boxes where I picked up the product in Ikea Wembley. I now have to trek back to return it...
Poor qualityAnonymous reviewerVery poor quality build, the top of the pan handle is glued with a hot glue gun. Didn’t last long. The pan is bent so anything that is swept goes under the pan. Don’t buy this.

Broom head falls offAnonymous reviewerThe double headed screw to hold the broom head is unsufficient, so it just falls out. The pan was bent out of shape, so crumbs were swept underneath the pan rather than into it

Screws are wrong size and parts missingAnonymous reviewerThe screws provided are too thin and the thread does not catch in the hole they’re supposed to go in to attach the dustpan handle, also there was a longer screw missing to attach the brush head to the stick - perhaps an unlucky one off defective item but been unable to use this product at all due to the parts it came with not fitting and others missing.
