Decent, but lumpy back cushionsAnonymous reviewerI’ve put it together today (on my own, which went ok except attaching the second armrest/end was tricky without help).
I can’t speak on its comfort or longevity, but it seems sturdy and the bottom cushions seem firm and resilient. The back cushions, however, are a bit soft and only seem to have any density because of having to stuff them into the covers. The cushions have a very stiff fabric covering that gets bunched up easily inside the covers, and I was not able to adjust them to smooth it out. Maybe that interior fabric will soften over time. As I think others have noted, there is a slight backward angle when sitting. The sofa is low to the ground, so most people shouldn’t have issues with that angle affecting your legs. But, it’s a little awkward for a sofa nap or an overnight guest.
Not as describeAnonymous reviewernot as described acutely it is easy to fit! but when use it (when I am setting on it ) there are annoying sounds! I redid it again and it was every thing as should be still this sound same. then one month later the setting place became very soft ( Not comfortable ).

Just as comfy as our previous expensive Sofology leather three seater chaiseAnonymous reviewerMy brother has an IKEA sofa and after 8 eight it is still comfy, so rather than spend what would’ve been between 5-7K on new leather sofas, we ordered online after researching and reading a lot of reviews. Two three-seater sofas and a footstool arrived, great delivery service, well packed. We spent about 5 hours putting them together (plus a couple of hours ironing the covers – thick cotton, not a quick job). I love how very different they feel versus smooth leather - I bought different throws, real sheepskins, a few cushions and my lounge is now transformed - looks cosy, welcoming, and the sofas are super comfy, not too soft and not too firm – supportive. We have one each, one with high arms, one with low arms, in grey, what is important is the comfort, and for both of us, these sofas are great to stretch out on and relax, most evenings we both fall asleep, and if I had to, I could easily spend a night snoring on my new sofa.

We love our Vimle sofa! Anonymous reviewerI’m writing this 16 months after we purchased the 3 and 2 seaters in hallarp grey and can still say we absolutely love them and have held up amazingly with 3 young children and 2 adults. The quality is brilliant! We have recently moved to a bigger house so we wanted to add to our 3 and 2 seaters and make it one big U shaped couch, so bought two corner sections and another 2 seater. That’s one reason why we love this range because you can create your own couch to meet the size and needs of your home/family. The seats are large and very comfortable. We love that the covers are removable and washable which with young kids has come in handy a lot! All of our family and friends love our Vimle sofa and always comment on how comfortable it is. It may not look as “posh” as the Kivik range (which we have in the other lounge) but they are the comfiest couches and great for a family.
So comfortable and looks great!Anonymous reviewerThis sofa is so comfortable, great soft yet sturdy cushions, feels very supportive when sat or lying down. The wide arms feel quite premium, solid construction and soft padding around them, just the right height to lean on or to lie on. The grey material is nice, looks quite expensive and goes with anything. It was easy to assemble, but getting the covers on the arms was a little bit tricky! Glad I got this sofa, it's great, and if and when I might want to redecorate or need new covers its great that you can change them out!

Not very comfortable and provides no supportAnonymous reviewerI had high hopes for this sofa and loved the look, but have ended up highly disappointed.
My biggest qualm is that the seat has a significant backward/downward slope which wasn't evident in the online photos. The cushions are soft, but don't really provide any support to counteract this, so your legs, pelvis, and spine get pushed out of alignment. I've found it becomes quite uncomfortable if you try to sit for more than a few minutes. The slope also makes it very difficult to get back up out of the sofa.
The foam on top of the armrests is also quite thin, so they aren't comfortable to lean on/rest a head on if you were hoping for that with low armrests.
Machine washable covers are nice, though the black/blue corduroy covers look a little cheap.
Overall, I'm quite disappointed and wish I could return it as this is quite an expensive item to be too uncomfortable to use regularly.
