“Asked to Review Items I Never Received – Bowls Were Marked as Collected, But Not by Me”Anonymous reviewerI placed an online order for collection at the Oxford Circus store. Although the website showed all items as available, only the mat was ready when I went to collect. I decided to cancel the entire order and requested a full refund, as I couldn’t spare the time to make another trip for the missing bowls.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check the receipt at the time, and later realized that only a partial refund was issued. Even worse, the bowls were marked as “collected” a few days later – but I never picked them up.
I attempted to contact customer service, but reaching them is unnecessarily difficult. It’s frustrating for a company that claims to be customer-focused.1

I have three - one for water, one for dry food and one for wet and they look stunning and classy - so neat and I love them. Heavy too so they don't move around and stay put!5
Picked these up thinking they were cheaper Anonymous reviewerI got 2 of these for my dogs, I thought the price was £1.50 each but they were under the wrong price tag and were £6 each which is a tad expensive for a dog bowl, I only realised when I got home so couldn't be bothered returning. Anyways they look quirky enough in my kitchen, I'm sure the dogs love them.....I'm sure they do! 5
