Organisational shamblesAnonymous reviewerI was forced to get this shelf due to IKEA discontinuing the corner unit i had bought & paid for, without telling me. The unavailable unit caused the delivery of the whole kitchen to be cancelled, without telling me. Further missing, delayed & broken parts led to the installation to be left part completed, and unable to return. Had to be finished by a proper company. The only way to contact anyone is using the single customer support line, which has a usual wait time of 40 mins to an hour.1
