Product details

3 year guarantee. Read about the terms in the guarantee brochure.

The height of the legs can be adjusted manually to 6 different heights from 68 to 78 cm, so that you can always sit at a comfortable height.

You can position the table top in two different ways. If you have the contour shape facing forwards, you enjoy relief for forearms and wrists – and having it at the back creates a gap where you can lead all the cables down.

The metal mesh at the back of the desk allows air through that cools your PC and is so sturdy that you can even clamp a pair of monitor arms to it.

It should be comfortable to play, especially when a match drags on. That’s why the table top is deep – so you can position screens at a comfortable distance from your eyes.

It’s easy to keep the desk neat and tidy by using the cable management net under the table top.

Goes well with the matching UTESPELARE gaming chair.

Reviews

for any other negative reviewers:Verified Reviewerif you want this desk, its great, definitely reccomend getting a deskmat, considering the amount of complaints regarding oilmarks/fingerprints, as EVERY gaming desk community says you need a deskmat for your setup, as for it getting flimsy over time, you need to read the care instructions that clearly say that you may need to re-tighten the screws occasionally to prevent the desk getting loose and wobbly, other than that, its an amazing desk.5
Awesome Desk!Verified ReviewerThis desk is brilliant! Solid as a rock, way bigger than it looks in the picture, and has a nice bit of cable management at the back too. Assembly is definitely better with two, but I managed it okay on my own with minimal cuts and bruises, took just over an hour to put together. Comes with all the tools required, instructions were clear. Just beware the default height is quite tall, though easy to make it shorter by a couple of rungs (but that's subjective of course). Very sturdy design, with no wobbling whatsoever. The only flaw I could possibly point out is the surface attracts fingerprints, so would recommend a big mousepad. The colour is a little bit darker than it appears in the pictures too. Otherwise, really great value for money - if Jack and Rose had this desk as an option in Titanic they would've both survived easily.5
The worst desk everVerified ReviewerAfter 5 months of using this desk it became all flimsy and unstable, it wasn’t the cheapest desk but now we need to buy a new one and throw this one away as it’s impossible to use it anymore anymore for gaming as it’s moving really bad. Also important thing to mention is that you can’t touch it as after touching it you see fingerprints everywhere and it looks dirty all the time, this was the most annoying thing since day 1 when we bought it. The worst purchase ever.1
Really quality and big desk with great cable management!Verified ReviewerIt's tough to find a desk these days that's big enough to hold a lot of gear without feeling cluttered and that doesn't break the bank or look awful. This definitely hit the spot on everything with the added bonus of the cable management option at the back!5
Excellant desk.Verified ReviewerIt was well packed, clear instructions and height adjustable (not whilst in use though) Would have liked some form of RGB lighting kit option though for the rear meshed piece as one is shown in the images but not supplied. As for value, well I got mine in the Family sale so it was 50% off so it was a steal. Not convinced I'd pay the full price when there are similar, cheaper options from IKEA such as the Malvakt/Narspel.4

Game on!

At IKEA we have experience of life at home, but we’re beginners in the gaming world. That’s why we decided to team up with recognised experts from Republic of Gamers (ROG), to better understand what everyday life is like for devoted PC gamers. It resulted in desks, chairs, storage and accessories that can help more players to more victories.

Ask any gamer and they’ll tell you gaming is more than a fun past-time. It’s a way to wind down and connect with others – for some, even a livelihood. When Sofia Wiktorsson, one of our product developers, started working with our new range for passionate players, she stepped into a completely new universe – the gaming world.

We level up to help more gamers

“We cooperated with ROG the whole time and met both professional and high-performance gamers,” tells Sofia. When she and the team got to pick the brains of the players and watch them in action, it became clearer where IKEA can make a difference. “We saw a need for comfortable and ergonomic chairs and aids for long gaming sessions, stable furniture and accessories that improve the precision, and smart storage for the hardware. But, we also developed solutions that make it easier to eat and drink without spill while playing.”

Democratic gaming

There are several billion gamers in the world, but it’s not a uniform group of people – the diversity is big, with different cultures, ages, educational levels and incomes. “We want to make it possible to adapt the gaming station to your taste and your needs, no matter where you come from, if you live on your own, or together with someone else,” explains Sofia. “The products should fit with all other things people have in their homes. It’s our way to democratise the good gaming experience – for both gamers and the ones that don’t play.”
