can't live withoutAnonymous reviewerJust gorgeous! Very classy and amazing quality. Usually worried with plates like this that cutlery will leave marks on them, but no this doesn't happen at all. Quality and looks are spot on. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Also picked up smaller bowls and pasta bowls to match. Just perfect.

Totally DisappointedAnonymous reviewerThe set is nice but the packaging is very bad. When we opened the package, two of the bowls were broken and both were stuck. The customer representative at the Ikea Gateshead branch said we had to return the entire set. In every comment I looked at, I saw that other customers encountered the same problem. I just wanted to change the broken bowls because I would face the same situation again if I returned them all, but they said that there was nothing they could do. At least they could have given another product or voucher for a reason not caused by me. I couldn't match the Ikea brand. I'm disappointed, that's right
Lovely plates but some were smashed. Anonymous reviewerThis is a lovely, delicate set. Unfortunately, 3 of the bowls were smashed in the box which I didn’t see until I opened them after completing a kitchen refurbishment. The packaging wasn’t great and probably why they did smash. I can’t replace the broken bowls unless I buy another whole box set again which is silly. So I was really disappointed with that. Not sure why IKEA doesn’t sell the same size bowls separately, as I would’ve bought some more to expand the set, as I did buy some extra dinner plates for the same reason.
Plates fine, dishes not!Anonymous reviewerI ordered 5 boxes for a community centre. The plates were fine but 12 dishes were broken on arrival. Ikea quickly sorted a replacement and some of those dishes were broken. They have to be stacked exactly on top of each other or they will break. It’s a shame as the set is lovely.

Love this dinner set!Anonymous reviewerAlways considered Ikea crockery to be very basic/functional but loved the simple elegance of this set. Dinner plate great size/depth for those gravy dinners! Side plates perfect size for starters/dessert/toast. Bowls great size for cereals/soup however wouldn't serve dessert as too deep IMO - would make an allowance for trifle maybe! Got the matching pasta dishes and these are a really great size. Was so worried that I would break and not be able to replace so returned to get a second set however had for a good month now and no chips yet and they've already had some dinks so I am impressed! These are so elegant, they will be great for having guests over to match any theme/occasion so am very happy (enjoying the simple things right now ) I would say that the glaze does have a slight pocked appearance in a certain light but thats not a deal breaker for me - they're a great price considering you get 6 in this set rather than the standard 4 of other sets elsewhere 😃
Beautiful dinner service that looks expensive!Anonymous reviewerBought two of these so have 12 of each for family gatherings.We really live the dinner and side plates, good quality.Also love the bowls.Have been using daily and wash well in the dishwasher.Very happy with this set.Plates are a good size as are side plates and bowls are nice and deep for soup or dessert, ideal.

No replacement for 16cm bowl!Anonymous reviewerIkea have stopped supplying the 16cm bowl which could previously be bought singly for this set and the replacement is a tiny 13cm bowl. Not really suitable for cereals or deserts.

Large scale purchase Anonymous reviewerI purchased a large quantity of dinners plate sets (sets of 18 x 16)and sets of 24 x7) , it was a little difficult getting hold of all the stock, however, a lady staff member on cookware section, her name escapes me, went out of her way to help me find the stock and organise my order. She was simply fantastic in her effort to help me.
However, the customers service team , really let me down, and left a bad taste with me, when I asked for help in packing and asked for any spare boxes I can use to pack the loose plates. At first I was promised boxes before I agreed to go for the loose set's, but after I paid, I was told ikea don't give boxes,
This was very disappointing as I had previously ordered these items online from ikea, and the wrong items were sent and partly damaged..
I had to return items ro store myself, in other to correct the mistakes and yet the customer services failed to see the trouble I went through to carry the whole products back ro store.
Lovely but...Anonymous reviewerOrdered from the website for delivery. Of the six large plates in the box, five were broken. Very disappointing. The packaging in the pre-packed boxes is entirely inadequate for delivery - literally, single sheets of paper between the plates.Useless. However, I have been offered a full refund. Aside from this, a lovely set. Very simle and stylish and inexpensive to replace if I have a bad case of butter fingers!
