Brilliant for homemade ice creamAnonymous reviewerVery easy to use. The ice cream is ready in 4–5 hours. The only thing to keep in mind is that the ice cream mixture should be fairly thick, otherwise, it may overflow.
We use yoghurt or milk, berries or fruit, and a banana to make the mixture thicker. The result is more like a fruit sorbet than traditional ice cream, but it's still a perfect treat for hot days.

Unsure!Anonymous reviewerMakes great sized ice creams, but have tried using one or both sticks in the mold but cant seem to get it to work. Each time the ice cream mixture leaks out of the place where the sticks go even if pulled taut. If anyone knows which way round the sticks go and how many sticks to use please share! Its such a shame and annoyance to clean up ice cream mixture from the counter and freezer.
