Trofast Storage damagedAnonymous reviewerThe boxes were fine, unfortunately the cabinet was damaged at the corners. Very helpful Ikea employee arranged for a replacement and said there was no need to return damaged one. Unforunately, replacement was also damaged at the corners but we could construct it so damaged part was at the back so kept it rather than the hassle of returning.. Disappointing though. Probably badly packaged.

I can't give 0 stars but I would, if I could!Anonymous reviewerOrdered 2 of these and both boxes arrived soaked through (boxes were battered), when opening these, ready to build they were chipped all over, not impressed at all with the way they were handled from the warehouse to my address. Also was disgusted with the way I was treat by the customer service and complaints department. No refund offered considering the state both of these, nor did anyone offer to replace them. I'm now out of pocket and no items to show for it as the only place they're fit for are the recycling tip. 0 Stars!
