Product details

A screwdriver/drill is perfect to have at home for drilling in wood, plastic and soft metal materials, as well as for tightening/loosening screws.

On the top side of the screwdriver is a magnet that holds your bits and screws in place while you work.

Ergonomically shaped design with a rubberised handle that gives you a good grip when screwing or drilling.

The built-in LED light helps you see better when working in wardrobes or other dark spaces.

The boxes in the TRIXIG series are stackable and are all made of durable polypropylene plastic, of which at least 50% is recycled.

There is also room in the box for an extra battery; TRIXIG battery pack which is sold separately. Good if you want to work without interruption.

Charge the battery fully before using it for the first time.

Charging time for the battery: 2.5-6 h, depending on the capacity of the charger.

Battery dies within a yearAnonymous reviewerWas good. Did what I needed it to, but as soon as the battery died that was it. Kaput. Took it back once for a replacement, didn't keep the receipt so they can't do anything as they need proof I bought an IKEA branded item from IKEA... The battery has been charged with lightning cable usb-c, fast charge, the Nintendo switch usb-c, the Ikea branded usb-c... NOTHING will charge this battery so that's money down the drain. Save your money and buy a tool with an actual warranty and an actual working battery.2

It was impossible to work with. It also kept needing a battery replacement. I was not expecting a carpenter's drill, but it should at least do the basics.1

Incomplete packageAnonymous reviewerI bought this for my nephew as he's just moved into his first house. I did wonder why there seemed to be an empty compartment in the case, but you can't quite see through the frosted lid. He's just messaged me to says he's opened it but he can't charge it because there's no lead. Looking at the Ikea web site, it seems there's something that has to be bought separately. 1. What is the point of that?? 2. It's not apparent when you just pick the thing off the shelf in the shop. So I'll have to go back today to get the extra item. Why isn't it in the case with the drill?! In spite of this I'm giving it 5 stars as I assume it's like my Fixa one that I've had a while, which came with everything it needed, and is brilliant. 5

Perfect Anonymous reviewerThe Trixig is ideal for small jobs around the house. I suffer with chronic rheumatoid arthritis and usually find electrical tools difficult to use but this is lightweight, virtually no vibration, easy to hold and an affordable price. It comes with battery which you usually have to buy as a separate unit with other brands and the carry case has room for a spare battery. The only thing I would like would be a handle on the storage case, other than that it's perfect.5

Easily drills through drywall, even through a thin brick wall it did well. Also simple to add and remove attachments, and the magnet part to hold the bits is great.
