Beautifully DesignedAnonymous reviewerWhen I opened up all the packaging, I was dismayed at the number of different components needed to put the desk together. However, the instructions were extremely clear and it didn't take too long to install. I felt really chuffed with the end product. It's a solid piece of furniture, beautifully designed, simple and elegant and looks great in my garden office. Would highly recommend.
Broken and faulty parts.Anonymous reviewerOne of the metal parts for the leg came without any grooves on them that it was impossible to assemble. Also the green latch for the drawer was already snapped off in the packaging. Very annoying as I paid extra for fast shipping to get this ready for a specific date, wasted few ££.

Poor quality componentsAnonymous reviewerI unfortunately cannot comment on the finished product as a component essential to attach one of the legs turned out to be faulty. Two of the screws were also of poor quality, but luckily I had my own spares from other furniture. Very disappointed that I now have to wait 7-10 business days to receive a replacement component.

Tonstad DeskAnonymous reviewerUsed this as a dressing table for my wife as we wanted ‘wood’ and not one of these white dressing tables. Couldn’t be happier. Brilliant item and very sturdy once built. Veneer looks good also. Instructions as always were easy to follow.
Perfect size for dressing table use.
The only caveat was the drawer doesn’t open fully up because of the runner design, I think this is a design error.
Nevertheless very pleased.

Tonstad deskAnonymous reviewerLooks lovely once built. Getting it built was difficult. Broken plastic fittings and challenging instructions. Some parts not fitting g together properly ( drawer) and it's lacking one long screw/ bolt as it just wouldn't go in. It looks great though
Ikea staff were brilliant when I had to go for replacement plastic parts. Maybe ikea should use the metal components as they did in the past to prevent breakages?
