I cooked a Lamb stew in under 4 hours without the added heat the oven would bring to the kitchen. With its variable heat settings I was able to brown the meat first on high, then add all other ingredients and reduce the temp to allow slow cooking, the meat was very tender. I even steamed veggies in the steaming tray on top of the stew! And all in one pot.
On a different setting I boiled eggs, on another pre cooked some diced chicken in under 20 mins for a cold dish. I’ve made yogurt and I’m about to try the bread rise programme.
I’m a seasoned cook and bring experience to how and what I can use this product for. However, clarity of instructions and simplicity of use encourages novices in the kitchen making it an incredibly innovative and inexpensive gift for any new cook and I swear it will change the way more experienced ones cook.
