Very heat-conductiveAnonymous reviewerBought to replace a previous Ikea pan. It's a little larger than the previous one, which was ideal for eggs. Couldn't find a smaller one now. It heats up really fast, and get much hotter than the previous one, which will take some getting used to. In the long term, that might be useful, and I'll get used to cooking at lower hob heats to get the same result, but it was a bit surprising initially.3

NOT non stickAnonymous reviewerI’ve had this for some time now and it was not non stick from the beginning. I bought it to cook fried eggs and kept it mainly for that. They always stick even with a decent amount of oil causing them to break when I try and remove them. The coating is 100% intact and it is really easy to clean. Makes no sense. Avoid.1
