Designed a kitchen in October 24, paid 4th Feb' 25 7 started installation 14th April. STILL NOT FITTED!! Loads of incorrect stuff sent & no way to get it collected & the island top (main part of the kitchen design) is STILL not here 5 months later!! Avoid IKEA kitchens if you value your sanity & stress levels. Rubbish communication from Ikea and STILL no end in sight. they just sent me 6 door fronts that I didn't ask for & won't collect them! Just AWFUL service from IKEA

I’ve been waiting and waiting, and waiting for this drawer front to come back into stock since October 2024. My kitchen resembles a child with a missing front tooth. Customer services unable to say when the item will be back in stock as apparently “we do not communicate with other departments.” On a more positive note my kitchen will look beautiful one day…
Product is a mirage Anonymous reviewerThis product does not exist. Was supposed to be part of a kitchen installation ordered back in September, fitted in November and hasn't been in stock for any of that time. Our kitchen is half-finished and IKEA simply don't care, unable to provide any updates or dates on when basic components like doors will be available. My advice: get kitchen inspiration from IKEA by all means, then buy the kitchen from a local firm with a good reputation who can source parts on time and keep promises. Avoid IKEA at all costs.
Wrong door sent. No replacement. Anonymous reviewerIkea are awful. They sent through all the wrong things (I've completed 2 full trips back to take back tons of extra things sent through.) Once fitted 2 off the doors were damaged. Nearly a year later and one of the doors still hasn't arrived. My hall is full of the wrong doors that they've sent through. I will not recommend and will never use them again. Terrible after sales and service.
