Very interesting educational use for thisAnonymous reviewerThis little lamp, which includes a voice-activated feature, I found very useful when teaching my singing students how to control their vocal volume. I marked the lamp with a sharpie pen across the range of volumes (pp, p, mp, mf, f, ff), and then got them to try and control their voices to match the markers. Works really well!
Stand needs firm push to fitAnonymous reviewerI had not seen a light like this and bought one out of curiosity. It's been working well so far for 24 hours of continuous use in colour-changing mode. I haven't tried it yet with sound reaction. I wonder if some reviews are a bit unfair as I also found the stand was at first inadequate. However, once I lined up the fittings and gave a strong push down on to the table. it fixed fully and now holds the light upright well.

Excellent Light BarAnonymous reviewerLike the multiple colour modes and it works fine to music. Sturdy plastic stand works well, just make sure you push it in firmly.
Stopped working after 1 dayAnonymous reviewerBought two, plugged one in, worked for the half day it was plugged in and the following day it just stopped working. Haven't tried the 2nd one yet, don't hold out much hope!

Amazing little light for the price!Anonymous reviewerBeautiful ambient light, especially great considering the price. The base is pretty useless and diesnt seem to fit properly. The other issue is the usbc outlet, you'll probably have to purchase an adapter to use with most outlets or extensions but I had usbc ports on mine so wasn't a problem, but was for a few family members id bought the lights for.

Picky usb-c power, great valueAnonymous reviewerUses a usb-c connector, picky which chargers it works with.
Modes in order they show: red; yellow; green; purple; blue; white; orange; a mode with vivid colours cycling in a pleasant smooth steady motion; similar to previous but pastel instead; a sound responsive mode - various colours are shown across the bar but these are static, the light moves up from the bottom as sound increases and back down.
A configurable led light bar with a sound responsive mode and a pleasant smooth colour changing mode at this price point is undoubtedly a bargain.
Nice light Anonymous reviewerI love this light, it has numerous colour options as well as sound activated colour, it can be laid on a desk top without the base which is pretty neat and the light itself is pretty strong and robust. I do get the point folk are saying about the stand being pretty flimsy, mine is slightly bent so the lamp does not stand up totally straight when the stand is on it, the stand is also a very loose fit and not ideal but get for £4 I’m not complaining, it could always be glued in place if it came to that. The charge cable is USB C but I had a couple of adapters in the house so that was no big deal. All in all I think this light is pretty good.

Nice novelty light, rubbish stand!Anonymous reviewerThe light itself is fun, and a nice addition to a kid/teen room. It does respond to sound, which my 12yo likes. Echoing other buyers, the stand is rubbish. It doesn't clip on, so the light falls over at every opportunity.
It was £4, so not worth the petrol to return it to Ikea, so I'll stick the light to the stand to make it more practical. Shame it's not got the usual Ikea functionality.
