Skådis - A Blessing And A CurseVerified ReviewerI love the Skådis board and all its various accessories - I am yet to find something on my desk that will not fit neatly onto the board. This makes working with a clear mind so much easier! However, the board fell off my wall due to the type of wall I have (with minimal loading, it was not too heavy). I have no room on my tiny desk for the freestanding connector so I am in dire need of the Skådis desk clamp connector. But alas! Ikea will not restock this connector in the UK! I have been waiting for months, my desk in chaos without this system to maintain harmony. There are cables all over the shop, little post it notes flying everywhere without a secure place for them to be held. My ideas fall apart like the shoddy plaster on my wall. When will you restock this desk connector so that I can once again find peace in my home office?? I pray it is before my annual reports are due.

Scratches easilyVerified ReviewerI’ve only owned this for one week but it already looks unslightly due to sharp corners on the basket attachments scratching the coating off when hooking them on. Also I bought hooks which fit firmly in places but not in others, meaning that they fall off when you remove whatever is hanging on them.

Great idea, bad designVerified ReviewerBoard comes with wall hanging rail, if you want to have it mounted to the desk, you need to buy special connectors.
Screws that comes with the board (that can also be used with desk connectors) are terrible quality - I think IKEA quality assurance had a day off then they it was time to asses this product. Heads are made of very soft plastic and it is very hard to screw them in. Do not use screwdriver - it will damage the screws completely. I used butter knife. Still made some damage but at least I managed to connect it. If you damage yours, IKEA can provide replacements for free.
I would still recommend it though, as it helps organise the desk
