Looks greatAnonymous reviewerThis sofa strikes a balance between firm and comfortable and holds its shape so no need to plump the cushions. The white fabric covers are washable. Although similar to my existing Karlstad sofa, I found Saltsjobaden replacement covers did not fit. The height of the back cushions on Salts’ are much larger. I do prefer the old Karlstad because of this design change.5

Great sofa, but disappointing resolution on fabric issueAnonymous reviewerThe sofa is comfortable and incredibly easy to assamble. It doesn’t look cheap at all, and we liked it straight away. Unfortunately, one part of the fabric arrived slightly torn. I contacted customer service — while the solution wasn’t entirely satisfying, returns or replacements can be difficult with bulky items. IKEA offered a small refund, but this was done by cancelling the warranty, which was disappointing.3
