Alignment a bit off and screws too shortAnonymous reviewerHad to take it apart as trays were wonky. Swapped over the uprights and think that helped. Shouldn't have made any difference as they should be the same both sides but it did. So I think the other reviews of the holes not lining up are true, I just rearranged it and it appears to have worked. You have to pull the two uprights in hard to get the screws to poke out just enough to catch the cap. The worst IKEA furniture I have ever put together. I love IKEA products but this one was annoying. It took far longer than it should have. I got the lid for it and it moves about a bit. I expected it to sit neatly as I wanted to use it as a small table beside the sofa. Not as secure as I had hoped. It still looks good and is handy for putting controllers and bits and pieces in.

UsefulAnonymous reviewerGood trolley, I’m using them as bedside tables so I can move them easily when I need to access the divan drawers. Also good if you like a brew in bed - you can move the trolley into a more comfortable position beside you. The only issue is that on an earlier version of this trolley the metal tubes came up further above the top tray, which helped to hold the lid in place. Now the lid slides about more easily. One lid doesn’t fit, the tray or lid must be slightly warped so it wobbles on top.

Great for kids bedside tables.Anonymous reviewerDaughter picked this for a bedside table which seemed like an unorthodox choice initially, but actually works so well that the other daughter then asked for one too. We got a bamboo lid for the top compartment (initially got the wrong size so make sure you get the smaller one) but you could get three and have all the levels lidded if you wanted. Great wheels that glide really smoothly. Very happy kids.
Looks great but quite possibly the worst ikea build ever.Anonymous reviewerThe IKEA Raskog trolley looks fantastic once assembled and fits perfectly in a modern home or office. Unfortunately, building it was one of the most frustrating flat-pack experiences I’ve had.
Several screws seem too short to properly catch the threads, and many of the holes and components don’t align correctly. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into a lengthy process of forcing parts into place and repeatedly undoing steps to make things fit.
The finished product is sturdy and attractive, which is the only reason I’m giving it more than one star. If IKEA improved the manufacturing tolerances and supplied screws of the correct length, this would be a great item. As it stands, it looks great but is unnecessarily difficult to build.

Be careful not to make any mistakes when putting it together because you will not be able to undo and redo the screws - they really are that poor quality.

DisappointingAnonymous reviewerI must admit I am so disappointed with this little trolley, I loved it when I saw it online as it’s so cute, and just what I needed. However when putting it together and fitting the baskets into place, the screws provided are way to short to pass through the the 3 pieces of metal and the screw holes didn’t even match up on parts of it, you have to try to push it altogether somehow to get a tiny bit of screw to peak out,so the bolt is basically holding on to nothing. So how on earth are you meant to store anything in the baskets as virtually there is no support for the baskets. So now I have to go out and buy bigger screws and bolts/nuts because the ones you’ve supplied are way to short to actually support and hold the baskets in place. This is something that I shouldn’t have to do and you should supply fittings that are correctly made and suitable for purpose.
