Awful to fit - I'm giving up and buying other brackets Anonymous reviewerDreadful. To get pan head screws suitable to hold weight, you will have a wider than 9mm pan head, meaning it won't fit. I bought so many boxes of screws and Rawl plugs to get the right fit, still couldn't do it. Could you not state in the instructions that you need less than 9mm head diameter?? Also, hate the way the internal material of the 'hook' fitting (i.e., the compostit wood inside the mental hook) in the back of the bracket will blatantly not be strong enough, over time, and will probably compress, allowing the whole thing to shift down a couple mm.

Overly complicatedAnonymous reviewerThe intention of this is lovely to have only one visible screw. However it's so difficult to install you end up putting so many holes in the wall and damaging the bracket. It makes me want to cry I hate them with a passion. You also need very specific screws.
Hidden screw bracketAnonymous reviewerThe brackets look great, but you can't see the top screw, as it's a latch on type. It makes it difficult to align up, you have to very accurate or it twists or you're way out with levelling. If this is the first time or even second time putting up a shelf, use one where you can see both holes to drill.
Extremely difficult to mountAnonymous reviewerI wouldn't recommend buying these. Not supplied with screws and the keyhole plates aren't compatible with standard screw sizes, so they're really inconvenient to put up.
Just the colour I was looking forAnonymous reviewerI was having my new flat refurbished but items not purchased from Ikea. I wanted this exact colour for some large shelves. Also the brackets were sturdy and a good price too. I bought a load of them so I had spares as unsure how many would be needed. Joiner had to modify in order to fit as I was not fitting Ikea shelves. The brackets were well packaged. They look great with my new shelves. The only thing negative I would say, is they are made for Ikea shelves - however as stated, a clever joiner was able to make them work.
Not compatible with most screwsAnonymous reviewerThe hidden keyhole plate used to hook the bracket onto a screw allows for a maximum 9mm screw head size. Screws designed for holding heavier weights are almost always bigger than this, and I just couldn't find a screw that would fit. Therefore I'm returning my brackets and using ones without the hidden hook mounting.

No margin for error Anonymous reviewerOne of the worst brackets ever, nothing has any room for error and zero adjustment ( god forbid your bottom screw ain’t directly in Center but the biggest problem is the hook crew system doesn’t hold it tight to wall and if you dare have the screw tight it won’t hook it easily or not at all ! Looks nice but ok practice not worth the Effort it would have been better to leave a little slot for up/ down movement on holes

Nice look but inconvenient Anonymous reviewerI bought them to go with the 20cm shelves but the brackets size would interfere with the books or you would lose space for a book because the brackets are quite large. I also prefer to fix the screws directly instead of judging the length of the first screws.

This bracket complements the Ikea shelvingAnonymous reviewerI had a professional builder put up my shelves. I live in Thamesmead where the walls are not strong enough to take shelving (to the weight that my Ikea shelfs were). The builder had to buy extra long nails so they reached the breeze block. How you fit the bracket looks a bit complicated for me. By using screws other than those supplied he had to reduce the head so that it slotted into the bracket. The shelves and the brackets look very smart and not cheap looking at all. I think the edge of the shelf having a groove cut into it helps the overall effect.
