The bottom of the dustpan has a gap that is almost the thickness of a finger to all the dust goes underneath it. it gets even worse if you push on it, which is exactly the opposite of how it should work (like dustpans from competitors).

I am short person and the handles are just way too short. Be prepared for arm and back pain.
Then the dustpan is useless because all the dust ends up underneath and not in the dustpan as it doesn't have a rubber lip.
To add to this if you try to apply any force it just bends making things worse or it just swivels.

Pepprig brush Anonymous reviewerThe item assembles easily enough and the firmish bristles pick up larger particles of dust however the ‘pan’ does not lie flat (it is slightly bowed) so the dust ends up under the pan.
