Great for doubling hanging spaceAnonymous reviewerThese are very reasonably priced at Ikea, although often hard to find in store (normally found in the laundry section rather than wardrobes and storage section). Nice strong plastic for putting on the neck of one hanger to allow for another hanger to be attached at a slightly lower level. Almost doubles the amount of items you can then put in a wardrobe. Only 10 in a pack - which is great for the price, but I had to go back for more as they were so good and I had lots to hang up!

Simple, cheap and easy to useAnonymous reviewerIf you are experimenting with getting more space in a wardrobe they are so cheap its worth picking up a set just to try them tbh.
I have tried a few other solutions and this is more effective and cheaper than anything else I tried. But remember unless you break physics there is only so much space they can give you ;)
Also how effective they are really does depend on the hangers you use and clothes you put on them, as with any of these solutions. Several thick coats definitely not, t-shirts/shirts? easily.
I did notice that with my large(ish) wooden hangers and small items each item was quiet a bit lower than the item above it, but I added a small plastic piece between the hanger and the hook made it perfect (for that use) but definitely not needed, just my OCD :D
