5 year guarantee. Read about the terms in the guarantee brochure.

A dishwasher saves both water and energy, compared to hand washing that usually requires 5 times as much water.

An extra spray arm rinses your dish from different angles, allowing the water to reach all corners of the dishwasher, even when you packed it tightly and with bulky items.

The dishwasher has a function that detects the amount of dishes in the dishwasher and how dirty they are and adjusts the water volume based on this.

Towards the end of the program, the door automatically opens and stays ajar so that the dishes dry as quickly as possible.

With the Beam on Floor function, a beam of light shines on your floor when the dishwasher is running.

A muffled sound signal indicates when a program is finished.

The delayed start function of up to 24 hours allows you to run the dishwasher when you want.

The dishwasher has 3 levels, which makes it extra spacious and dishes are easier to organise.

You can adjust the height of the upper basket to make room for plates and glasses of different sizes.

Soft plastic spikes and wine glass holders keep different kinds of glasses firmly in place and minimise the risk of something breaking.

The inner holders for plates can be folded down on the lower rack, so you can make it flat to create space for large objects.

Equipped with electric salt indicator. The softener makes limy water soft for best dish-washing result and prevents harmful scale forming in the dishwasher.

Water stop system detects any leakage and automatically stops water flow.

Reviews

Poor!Anonymous reviewerDoesn't wash items properly, particularly cutlery. Lots of dishes need rinsing before washing and then need rewashing. Full size dinner plates don't fit. The door fell off on my foot! There is product details over the operating buttons which is a poor design1
Do not buy!Anonymous reviewerTerrible dishwasher. Heating element failed in first year. Heating element in replacement failed after 3 weeks. IKEA have no parts for this model so have to replace the whole machine rather than fix it. Also, the legs are cheap plastic and will snap easily (as will the connecting rod to the back leg). And the top spray arm falls off every few washes. I've now paid more to upgrade to what I hope is a better machine (of course the integrated door template is different so that meant another few hours of work to get it installed).1
Not working at allAnonymous reviewerThis is second review we've written, as the first one was quietly deleted/disapproved by Ikea. Will be an interesting experiment to see how honest they are about their reviews. Will report the findings on social media. Our dishwasher is well within waranty but has not been working at all for the past three weeks. Whenever we get on the phone to Ikea they promise to get back to us, but then fail to do so. There is no point in having a warranty if Ikea simply ignore it. Any appliance might break down, but not having a way to get it fixed is what makes this dishwasher one to avoid.1
Broke after 9 monthsAnonymous reviewerHeating element failed after just nine months. IKEA replaced it but it took two weeks and we had to install it ourselves. During fitting it became obvious how cheaply it’s made as the plastic legs snapped under normal handling. Poor quality.1
Do not buy this dishwasherAnonymous reviewerWhilst this dishwasher has an (upper) extra tray for cutlery it doesn't have any significant additional depth. This means you CANNOT have a standard Denby dinner plate (which are not overly big) in the bottom tray and a standard pint glass in the middle tray. That just a very stupid design and this is not highlighted in the information provided on the website. Additionally, I have "built" numerous Ikea products in the past however the instructions with this product are the worst I have every seen from Ikea. Choose another dishwasher and if you are buying a new kitchen don't buy from Ikea because they make their dishwashers to fit their kitchens. Other brand dishwashers are a nightmare to fit. Go somewhere else where the kitchen units take any make of kitchen appliances.1
Lifetime limited to a yearAnonymous reviewerWorst dishwasher we ever had. After a year, we frequently get errors that stop it from running for a day or so until they randomly go away again. The rubber seal around the tray where the tabs go came off and needs to be found in the guts of rhe dishwasher after every run and replaced on the tray. It’s given us nothing but trouble. At the time we bought it there were few reviews. Never regretted a buying decision more. We spoke to others with the same problem so it’s probably a systemic issue with this model.1
Would not recommend buying any appliance from IkeaAnonymous reviewerDishwasher has broken for a 2nd time, I would not buy any appliances from IKEA again as the after-purchase 'service' is non-existent. Our IKEA kitchen planner recommended that we buy an IKEA dishwasher as it can be integrated easily into the kitchen doors, making out that any other brand might not integrate as well - I would ignore this completely. Whatever tweaking / adaptation you might need to do in order to get the Bosch/John Lewis brand to integrate would be less trouble than the terrible customer 'care' that IKEA has post-purchase in the event an appliance breaks. You are expected to cover all costs for disconnecting / reconnecting an appliance, they do not have engineers or technical staff that can guide you / advise / trouble shoot in person or by phone. The cost of dealing with any faulty product is on you - appalling.1
Do not recommend at all Anonymous reviewerIt’s absolutely disgusting how dishwasher for nearly £550 can’t do it’s job ! Every time you need to clean and wash your dishes after any program, we have it 3 days and we are missing our old dishwasher every single minute! Quality - poor. 10 programs - but you need to remember which one takes what time as you can’t see it on small screen. 10yo dishwasher had it ! Automatic opening after washing? Nah , forgot about it. Honestly I can’t see one good thing about that product. We are seeking to return it if that’s possible - waste of money. 1
Good Product, Wonderful experienceAnonymous reviewerThe dishwasher brings excellent washing and drying performance, my wife loves this dishwasher5
The worst dishwasher I have ever ownedAnonymous reviewerThe dishwasher continually shows 03 error code which is inability to drain water. We have been through all the online help / youtube videos trying to find a solution nothing works. IKEA customer service provided a link to the manufacturer - who then say they dont deal with this machine. The IKEA website itself doesnt give any guidance on this machine either. We are at a dead end and washing everything by hand. This is a very low quality item in my experience - avoid if you can1
Avoid at all costsAnonymous reviewerDoesn’t drain correctly and we are unable to use it. We raised this the day after it was fitted, along with other issues with our brand new ikea kitchen. None of these issues have been fixed and Ikea customer service continue to ignore us months later. Even went into store, was told the kitchen team had set a date to review and discuss, but that turned out to be another lie. It seems customer service ignoring people for months is a regular occurrence after discussing with others.1
Doesn't wash dishesAnonymous reviewerBought to go in our new kitchen, very disappointed it doesn't clean plates, tubs or cutlery. Contacted the complaints dep and kitchen team and not heard back.1
Beware - Ikea-made. 'We have no engineers' to fix itAnonymous reviewerBought this in May 2025 as part of a full Ikea kitchen. Was assured at the time it was made by a big-name manufacturer. It isn't. It didn't heat up and when I phoned to get an engineer out as per the five-year guarantee, I was told it was actually made by Ikea and 'we do not have engineers, we'll send a replacement'. Upshot is, they've sent a replacement which I've had fitted at my own expense. Ikea are collecting the old one and now tell me if it goes wrong again, it's the same palaver. You can get three VAT-registered quotes for de-installing and installing and they will tell you which to use. Who has the time and energy? I would not buy a dishwasher from Ikea again.1
DishwasherAnonymous reviewerInstructions could be better on use dishwasher4
Two failed unitsAnonymous reviewerSo we're now either onto the third unit or repairs, these dishwashers fail within the first month of use. The first one died in a week, the second within a month. Trying to get a replacement takes you two hours on the phone to IKEA and no other way to get these replaced. The engineers who comes out thinks these are some of the poorest quality machines produced. Avoid!1
DishwasherAnonymous reviewerReplacement ikea dishwasher for my Ikea kitchen same as ever overcomlicated features nightmare to fit onto door it’s about time Ikea simplified everything3
Does not wash or rinseAnonymous reviewerSadly this dishwasher has turned out to be a massive disappointment. We bought this as part of a full kitchen renovation, where we got all IKEA appliances, and everything is brilliant, except for this. We must check every item in the dishwasher after it’s been run - and it does not matter on what cycle or what level. There can be either a layer of grease, or food bits or just some grime stuck. Some items can be perfectly clean, while others we wonder if it has even been touched by water. We have used it for a few months now, hoping that we just hadn’t figured out to use it right, but it is hopeless. Sadly we replaced an old Bosch, 10 years old, which cleaned everything perfectly every time. We hope to hear back from customer services to get some sort of resolution to this disappointment 1
Not great Anonymous reviewerWe aid to the kitchen expert we wanted to buy our own dishwasher as the reviews weren’t great but were persuaded to buy an Ikea dishwasher as she said other models generally did not work with Ikea kitchens…, I wished we bought our own. Feels a bit cheap and flimsy and it does not wash things that well. 2
Not designed for fully sized platesAnonymous reviewerYou can only stack standard dinner plates tilted backwards to get them in the machine. The spinning arm hits them and chips them if you try and place plates face forwards. It is a good size machine and I like the cutlery tray so you don't have to struggle using a basket. So if wanting to buy check out the positioning of your dinner plates. Also you have to watch out which cycle you want as most of them run for over 3 hours! 3
It leaksAnonymous reviewerHave purchased and plumbed in but it leaks water in three distinct places. Have to return it which costs me fuel and time. Very poor.1
