Love the look and comfortable, but wood is all falling apart after 9 months.Anonymous reviewerLove the look and the chairs are comfortable, but wood is all falling apart after 9 months. Bought at the end of July, used for the summer and covered with waterproof cover for the winter. Uncovered on the 1st of May and for the most part the chairs look like new, except the arms and legs. These are made of IKEA amalgamated wood which has all warped and cracked where the smaller pieces of wood are joined to make up the structural elements. Inevitably this will weaken the vital structure of the chairs making them unsafe. This is very annoying as these chairs were not cheap @ £60 each and I would expect them to last longer than 9 months, ONE SUMMER. Especially when we took extra care of them over the winter. I will seek a refund, but the process is so obstructive and arduous with IKEA I don’t hold out much hope. Don’t bother buying these!
