“We designed a frame that looks like a square with small legs,” explains Anders. It’s a shape that’s used throughout the series, from chairs to tables. “The frame gives NÄMMARÖ a uniform and contemporary look. It’s also modular thinking that simplifies the production and lowers the cost. And since NÄMMARÖ doesn’t have any curved shapes, the products are easy to pack in flat packages.” It contributes to a lower price and saves valuable space during transport – all the way from the factory to the customer’s home.

Sturdy benchAnonymous reviewerAdded the bench to the other Namarro range items on my patio. Disappointed to find that the pot of recommended wood ‘stain’ is not a stain at all but is clear. Wouldn’t it be sensible to sell a wood stain that would match old pieces with the new ones? I now have a patchy table and stool and no chance of matching furniture unless I paint all 9 pieces.
Doesn't last longAnonymous reviewerNow nearly two years old and covered over winter with the IKEA cover, the table is now damaged almost beyond repair. The stain has lifted off approximately 1/3 of the surface, in patches, and it looks awful. After a call to customer support, apparently, there is nothing they can do due to the 12-month warranty period. My previous garden table was left uncovered for 20 years with no problems. Looking at the finish on the table, the stain is very surface-level and has easily peeled off.
Very disappointing as the whole set was nearly £400 and now it looks so bad, I may have to get rid.
For anyone considering buying, if you plan to keep it outside and covered, be warned that you will have to regularly wipe all water off the cover and also air the table weekly, if not more to prevent condensation ruining the table.
