Fantastic for home workingAnonymous reviewerI was refurbished my home office and wanted a standing desk. This one has been brilliant. I love the wooden top, the electrical rise and fall works well. I’ve found the fitted socket extension really useful for plugging in additional devises (this does not come with the desk). I like the space under the desk, the legs have been designed so they do not get in the way. My only issue is this desk is difficult to assemble, it requires a lot of strength to lift the sections and fit together. Once assembled it is very heavy and it would be difficult to move without taking it apart again. Overall I love it, it is one of IKEAs more expensive desks but I think it is worth it if you regularly work from home and need a comfortable, spacious, heavy duty desk.5

Very goodAnonymous reviewerReplacing a desk and wanted to be able to adjust height to clear chair arms. Came across this and thought it would do the job. When I assembled it I was really surprised by how solid it is, how far it can rise and fall and, especially, how smooth and controllable it is. I thought I was buying a very basic thing but actually got a very good one. Very impressed.
As always the assembly instructions are a bit cryptic but it was all OK when putting it together in a large clear space with plenty of time.5

I bought the walnut veneer table top but it was poorly finished, very rough surface and now I have to live with it, that’s not very good for this price point. I would love to pay more for a more quality surface, people buying at this price dont mind spending a bit more for the best quality.3

Excellent electric standing deskAnonymous reviewerGreat desk, relatively easy to assemble, easier with two people as some of the components are wide and heavy. Great idea to have an insert for power and USB connectivity within the desk. Would be good to have the ability to attach a bracket but the area where the USB/power insert is not sturdy enough to take the weight of the STUBBERGET bracket I bought with a monitor attached. Check the dimensions are what you need first as they come in different widths and lengths. Rising is smooth and gradual. I bought in store with a store assistant so make sure buy the right one is chosen as there is a manual winding version.5
Amazing desk but instructions could be improvedAnonymous reviewerThis desk is amazing and I'm very happy with it. The assembly instructions however are a different kettle of fish. I think the strategic use of words would be a huge improvement. I built this with my daughter and we still managed to make two mistakes which were down to the poor illustrations. Thankfully they didn't cause any damage and were rectified easily. The product itself overall is worth the five stars. If I was rating the instructions it would get one !5
Great value for the priceAnonymous reviewerDesk quality is very good, option to save two settings works fantastic. Would be good if the light would be turning on not only when you are saving the settings, but also when you are pressing any button (so you can see the buttons in a dim room). I bought oak veneer version and worktop quality is very nice. Initially I thought that felt cable management pocket is not the best option, but it occurs to be super handy when I wanted to attach the monitor arm closer to the desk corner! If there would be an option to have a remote that you can connect to an app (like Idasen’s one).5

It would have been useful if there was available a set of matching drawers, we had to settle on the Alex drawers which do not have quite the same colour finish to them.5
Fabulous Anonymous reviewerI was tentative ordering it as never bought any furniture from IKEA previously.
It started with a mittzon desk and also a dual one piece double set of chest of chest if drawers.
I cannot fault the furniture. It is easy to put together and looks fabulous! Customer service has been fantastic!
I would not hesitate to recommend IKEA and their goods. 5
