No words.. Ikea customer experience!Anonymous reviewerI recently purchased this high cabinet with four shelves and two drawers. From the photos, it looked like a complete package with everything needed for assembly. I collected it, started building it, and only reached the step where the legs should be attached to discover they weren't included. I assumed they had been missed, so I contacted customer support. At first, the advisor also thought they were missing, then said the cabinet didn't need legs. Only after checking further did they find that, hidden in the "Good to know" section of the product page, it states that the legs are sold separately. Here's something "good to know" for IKEA: this creates a terrible customer experience. Either include the legs or make it crystal clear before purchase that they're required but not included. Hiding such an essential detail is misleading. The cabinet may be good, but the buying experience deserves only 1 star.1
