Reviews

Good product, worth the moneyAnonymous reviewerHave been using mine for over 3 years and very happy. Functional, no issues, worth buying.5
ExcellentAnonymous reviewerVery impressed. Looks good & cheaper tha alternatives with similar features. Great value.5
Great hob!Anonymous reviewerBought this model following Which? Recommendation and customer reviews. So far works really well, responds very quickly to controls. Very pleased with it.5
DisappointedAnonymous reviewerWe bought this as part of a brand new Ikea kitchen. We used a pan from Ikea on it which was deemed as induction safe and it has badly damaged the surface. Ikea advised they take no responsibility for either the hob or pan, although it is their hob and "induction safe" pan, and suggest it's because the hob was on a setting that is too hot.. Begs the question of, if it is not the pan or the hob, but it is a 'setting' on the hob which causes this.. then how is that still not a functional issue of either the hob or what is possibly a not so safe after all pan of theirs? Either way, we have a brand new ruined hob and will not purchase anything for the kitchen from Ikea again, if anything at all with the issues we have had.2
Awful don't buyAnonymous reviewerOnly used the hob a handful of times... Noticed today when cooking a crack had appeared in the bottom corner. When I touched it with my finger its spread and the whole corner has come away!! Seen similar reviews! Spent over 7k on a kitchen. Didn't expect this!!1
Problem with smallest cooking areaAnonymous reviewerThe size and fit is perfect. It does what it says on the tin - most of the time. I’ve had an AEG induction hob for 6 years and only changed it because I moved home. I could use all of my pots, including 2 x Espresso pots. Now I can only use the smaller one of the two and that works intermittently. As does my smallest Le Creuset. Is this something I will need to report directly to Ikea as I suspect it may be a fault, or will you get in touch with me after this review? If I move the small pot off the hob for any reason, when I put it back it won’t register and small ring won’t work. If I put it on a larger ring instead, mid cooking, it is fine. My larger coffee pot won’t work on any of the rings (despite always working on my AEG and both pots being stainless steel). I’d like to hear back from you about this. I’ve only had it for two months.1
Impressed with our first induction hob!Anonymous reviewerHaving read all the good reviews, we opted for this as our first ever induction hob. Really pleased with the controllability and instant response when adjusting temperatures, and fairly even cooking in the pan. I’ve found the integrated timer useful, easy to set and control for each individual ring. Easy to wipe clean. Good value at the price.5
good induction hobAnonymous reviewerThis hob was a Which? best buy. It was a replacement for an AEG hob and it performs just as well! We are very pleased with this purchase.5
Great hobAnonymous reviewerGood price, easy to use and clean, and efficient use of electricity5
Super induction hobAnonymous reviewerWorks beautifully. Healthier than gas AND a dream to clean.5
DurableAnonymous reviewerPurchased over 3 years ago. Glass finish as new, I was worried about scratches, which haven't appeared. Heat control as fast to respond as a gas hob5
FantasticAnonymous reviewerFantastic price, Fantastic Hob so easy to use couldn't be happier with this purchase.5
ExcellentAnonymous reviewerI bought this hob after seeing it score highly in a Which? report. I’ve been very pleased with it. I brings water to the boiled quickly and is able to maintain a consistent low heat to gently simmer. I recommend it.5
Good lookingAnonymous reviewerApologies : unable to fully assess this hob due to delays in finishing my new kitchen4
Brilliant HobAnonymous reviewerI managed to ruin my Neff induction hob and was looking for an alternative. Found this one as recommended by Which and have not been disappointed. The cost was less than half of what I would have had to pay to replace my broken hob. I can use any pan on any of the rings irrespective of the size of the pan. Heats up quickly and temperature reduces quickly when turned down. Absolutely delighted with this hob.5
Very good buyAnonymous reviewerLooked at a number of more expensive hobs but settled on this. Very easy to use. Simmers perfectly. Quick to warm up. Excellent.5
ExceptionalAnonymous reviewerGreat value for money. Price, ease of use and fitting. You'll not be disappointed5
Gas job out, induction inAnonymous reviewerWas quite an easy refit,in use it is fantastic.heat control, cleanliness superb and as my wife has COPD it is a vast improvement re the cooking fumes5
Fast clean easy Anonymous reviewerWe bought this after seeing the Which review and it has been an amazing buy! It is easy to use, easy to clean and fast heating.5
Induction hobAnonymous reviewerHaving replaced a gas boiler with a air source heat pump and added 12 PV cells to the roof I wished to become "all electric". I thefore searched for an induction hob that would fit the hole left by the old gas hob - this fitted perfectly!5
