Reviews

I would give it 0 stars if I couldAnonymous reviewerWe bought the 2-seat + 2 chaise configuration. Although I initially liked its appearance, if I could give 0 stars, I would. After only 2 weeks, the connection between the 2-seat section and chaise flexes every time we sit down and has already developed a visible dip. The 2-seat section has no leg/support where it joins the chaise, and there is not even a place to attach one, leaving this area unsupported. Even worse, every time we use the sofa, particleboard debris falls onto the floor. Looking inside, parts of the particleboard are already damaged and crumbling. The internal materials feel extremely poor quality. The assembly instructions are also only for a 2-seat + 1 chaise configuration. Despite IKEA selling the 2-seat + 2 chaise combination, you are left to figure out how to assemble and connect the second chaise yourself. A new sofa sagging, flexing and shedding pieces of its internal frame after just 2 weeks is completely unacceptable.1
Lovely sofaAnonymous reviewerComfortable sofa - chaise either side - easy to assemble - good value for money5
