My first bread bin was already broken and the replacement has now also broken after not very long. I will buy another as it fits well in the kitchen but the nib/hinges are very poorly designed3

It has a hinged lid with flimsy, plastic nibs set into a small hole drilled in each of the side panels This allows the quarter-circle front to open like a door. Mine was broken on arrival (one plastic nib had snapped off), a defect which cannot be repaired and almost seems that this failure has been designed in. In the bin with this MAGASIN! *When I ordered the bread bin there was no photo of the item 'open' so you couldn't see how it functions. This has been updated now.1
