Used less than 30 times as a bed but it has been used as seating for his playroom.
Two weeks ago he brought down one of the seat slats, which had broken.
Last night I chatted to a customer service advisor who told me that the 10 year warranty I believed was on the bed chair frame was actually only for a year. When I asked if I could get a replacement I was told that, as a gesture of goodwill she would have one sent to me.
Item is currently out of stock and no goodwill exists to order it when it comes into stock again.
So we have a broken bed chair and can’t get a simple slat to replace the broken one 😠
Unfortunately I haven’t kept the catalogue I used to choose the bed chair from so cannot prove whether it is still covered by any warranty.
Very disappointed in the quality of customer service and help offered.
Wrong wheels direction instruction !Anonymous reviewerthis product assembly instructions is tricky , the instruction book showing all the wheels should be direction outside, while all the images here and the video showing the front wheels direction inside ! i tried to contact the customer service but no one able to confirm which is the correct !

Not comfortable to sleep onAnonymous reviewerBought just over a year ago. Only used on occasions. When pulled out to be used as a bed, one of the ends can be seen slightly higher, which is felt when sleeping on. I have also noticed this higher end part of the sofa bed in store. My 14 year old says it feels totally uncomfortable and leaves her with backache for days.
