Ash-veneer and solid birch creates a warm, natural feeling in your room.
Ash is a strong hardwood material with a beautiful grain pattern. As it ages the colour deepens moderately towards a deep straw colour.

Stable, functional, and good aestheticsAnonymous reviewerDining chairs are quite a demanding piece of kit in terms of their sturdiness, ability to wipe clean, and looks, but these chairs nail it on all fronts. We now have six in the light wood which sit round the dining table, and two dark ones round a side table to complement the rest of our Hemnes dark wood living room. They are unbelievably robust, you could safely plonk the greatest of behinds down on one of these with no worries at all, and the lighter colour ones have resisted all the food and paint the children can annoyingly plaster them with, coming up perfectly clean. They are a little firm to sit on, which I quite like, but nothing a seat pad can't fix for those with a more delicate derriere.

If I had to suggest an add-on floor protectors on the ends of the legs would be a good idea I purchased some gliders and it made all the difference.
