Cute little storage shelf unitSandee193It is much smaller than I imagined it would be but it’s very cute. It was very easy to put together and it’s quite sturdy for what it is.4
Good value and easy to put togetherskras23Was a little concerned having read the reviews on difficulty in putting together, but thought I would give it a shot. If you have any DIY skills, its easy to put together, Take your time to line up the drawers before you push the pins through. Took about 15 minutes all in all.5
You only get one chanceNow or neverThe Plastic push in connectors are awful, they must be connected perfectly and you don’t get a second chance. So you end up with unfinished draws, as previous buyers have pointed out we have one draw unfinished. Why do they go with these as the connection is beyond any common sense, they could have used probably a number of different screws or fixings instead of those push in things. For the record I have ordered many things from Ikea in the past with no problems but this rubbish.1
Impossible to assembleLaura1202Me, my sister and my mum spent too long trying to put this together. The screws are impossible to put into the holes and it’s very frustrating. It the end we had to use string and zip wire to build this. How can you build a product with screws that wont work?1
Awful product and serviceTHoldI purchased this as a way to store some of my belongings in lockdown having to move in with my boyfriends family. It arrived 3 weeks after the date I chose (which was already a month after ordering it). When it arrived I started putting it together and the holes for the pins don't line up. No matter what you do you can't put it together. I have tried to contact customer services but am getting nowhere. Save your £12!1
Easy way to assembleDunbarBy accident I discovered the best way to attach the plastic plugs was to separate them into two parts and push the expanding part in first then push the mushroom part in to open it up3
Cheap but not cheerful.Iain TAs many other reviews (which I wish I had read before) have mentioned, this product is basically impossible to assemble being supplied with little plastic 'compact' connectors which are meant to hold the drawers together, but which instead simply 'mushroom' when pushed through the holes rendering them entirely usable. These connectors are simply not fit for purpose - so we've now an incomplete drawer set fit only for the tip.1
Perfect for the price!Becky11I can’t understand what all the negative reviews are about, what do you expect for £12? I found the unit really easy to assemble, completed it in about 15 minutes. The quality is just what I’d expect for the money. It’s functional and perfect for under my desk!5
Absolutely Load of rubbishJoe JealVery hard to put together and the studs to fix it in place DONT work , we managed to only half put 1 drawer together & our fingers were so sore! So the unit is no good and now has to be taken back !1
Worst IKEA product I have ever purchased.CurraghmanThe quality of the materials, the fit and finish are amongst the poorest I've ever purchased. I could not get even one shelf to correctly fit inside the metal frame, which itself was easy to build, despite the efforts of me and my wife. Shockingly poor.1
FlimsyJasmineGHas kind of done the job I wanted but not great for long term use at all1
It"s cheap, but that"s it.hannam69I usually don't write a review, but I decided to write for this one. It's small and cheap, well kinda cute too. So I thought it'd be perfect for my tiny room, but that's it. This slide has kept falling apart constantly. I've tried to use glue to stick them, but nah that's not working. Just falling off again and again. Now, this second part of drawers is gone forever. Please avoid this product. Spend more money, buy a better one. I'm begging you. Please don't spend your money on this.1
Poor quality productbenjemmoThis product really should be avoided. Yes it's cheap, but I still expect it to be fit for purpose. The clips holding the drawers together fail meaning the unit just falls apart constantly. I've bought a lot of Ikea furniture over the years and have always been happy, however, this product doesn't match their usual quality standard. The staff in the store when I returned the product made it quite difficult to return the item as they wouldn't accept that it was a quality issue. They initially said there was nothing wrong with it and they sell thousands with no issue, so it must be to do with how I built it rather than the product. Eventually they agreed to give me a credit note rather than a refund. Probably best to avoid this product though in my opinion.1
Perfect storageVics24Great product. Daughter loves it because she has a small room and gives her extra storage4
Good for office storageCaro LondonI bought this just before the lockdown, to put socks into (ideal size and weight). Now events have overtaken us and I am working from home, and busy sorting out personal and professional papers. Lennart is ideal for that. Not for anything heavy but the mesh drawers means you can see at a glance what type of papers are there. The screws did not go in a well as other Ikea products, but I had no problem with teh palstic clips unlike some other purchasers.4
Perfect for kitchenaleaSaphire23Perfect for the little bits in the kitchen5
TidyMaurus 59Neat and sturdy for odds and ends5
A little difficultIkea Shopper 101I like the product now it’s built but it comes all bent and a bit mangled and some sheets you have to shape yourself to make the drawers themselves and the fixings lock before they go through... it’s a bit unstable but at the end Of the day does the job3
Perfection!Bulldog10Wanted this for shoe storage in a new fitted wardrobe. Easy to assemble. Drawers open smoothly. Light and easy to move. Just what I hoped it would be.5
RubbishGKB69Not impressed with this piece of kit, Ikea stuff is usually great but this doesn't fit that description. Frame is easy to put together and secure, however the drawers are awful, the pop in studs fail constantly when trying to push them in, once tried they are useless as the ends splay out and you can't push them back in. I've had to buy some of my own small screws and bolts to assemble. keep away from it folks.1
