Seats sag and frame work very basicAnonymous reviewerSo we literally had ours delivered yesterday, and I am absolutely gutted, I have sat on it twice in the evening, when we had it, and tonight, and the seats have sagged and flattened already on one section, we are going back to store tomorrow to see what options we have before I decide on a returns and getting the material one, which they have on display and it seems to hold differently and more solid on the seats, I'm guessing because of the fabric, but being a large family the sofa being cleanable was a huge factor on our new sofa so I'm really down about maybe having to get the fabric for the firmer seats, I have been eyeing up this sofa for the last 2plus years so ABIT bummed. Also I'm surprised that parts of the frame on the sides and underneath are not even covered with fabric or material, you see pure wood and tacks like parts have been missed, totally get it's in areas you can see once together, but I was ABIT annoyed that it's not fully covered. Fingers crossed tomorrow
