        Seat cushions filled with high-resilience foam and polyester fibre wadding provide great seating comfort.

        Djuparp cover is made of velvet which, through a traditional weaving technique, gives the fabric a warm, deep colour and a soft surface with a dense pile and light, reflective shine.

        These legs in solid oak give LANDSKRONA sofa a warm and natural look.

        Good to know

        To keep your sofa looking good, you should regularly flatten out creases and wrinkles with your hand.

        The velvet reflects light in a characteristic way which may make the colour appear as if it changes.

        Press marks that may appear on the velvet usually disappear after some time. With your hand, you can gently stroke in the direction of the pile or use a clothes brush. You can also use the vacuum cleaner with the soft nozzle.

        Small fibres may appear on velvet. It happens naturally and they disappear over time and can also be removed with a garment roll.

        Wet marks should always be dried off as soon as possible to stop moisture penetration.

        Remove dust with a lint remover.

        Light stains can be removed with a sponge damped in water or a mild soapy solution.

        Look after your sofa to make it last Anonymous reviewerJust a little help with those with negative reviews And couldn’t get their money back I have come across the same problems you had, it’s a nice sofa but no matter how tight you tighten these arms to the sofa they are still loose and that is because the staples that hold the frame have become loose or missed its contact completely in manufacturing, I had to take the cover off by picking all the staples off under the bottom, screw in the loose pieces of wood and pannels back together and replaced stapled back the cover. It became new again, as for the missed shaped cushions, I unzip them every now and then for a few hours to let air (expand) into the foam so by the time you res zip them, you have actually reshaped back the covers. Also if you have brought the light coloured sofas like the Sage one and you have kids or pets use a throw over if you can’t wash your covers. I do wish ikea had sold separate fitted covers to fit to give choices.4

I contacted them first to ask for support. The assistant asked me all the details and because the sofa is in the warranty she offered to send me a new armrest. I was waiting… and waiting to receive the delivery date. One month later another assistant responded to my emails saying that they cannot send it because the warranty doesn’t cover the damage in the fabric. I offered to buy the armrest since I don’t want to replace the whole sofa. We already have the 3 seater and the 2 seater. No further help that was their final response.         DO NOT BUY SOFAS FROM IKEA!!!! Anonymous reviewerI bought a LANDSKRONA sofa about 3 years ago and the armrest that holds the whole sofa is wobbly and is leaning outwards. Keep in mind that we barely use the sitting room where the sofa is! Only two people lives in the flat and we are by no means heavy people. I contacted IKEA but they say there’s nothing they can do EVEN though I’m still in guarantee. Ikea promises you 10-15 years guarantee for their sofas but that’s all a lie!!! I’m originally from Sweden and we have bought IKEA furnitures for over 30 years and never have we received poor service in Sweden as we live up to our standards and the service has always been one of their main priorities. But here, not so much! Ikea in U.K. must also follow the same policy, the ikea policy that is clearly written on the websites and the receipt I was given when I purchased the sofa. So don’t buy a sofa from IKEA, don’t let the promised guarantee and warranty fool you. 1
