SturdyAnonymous reviewerThis new version of the IKEA KVOT seems sturdy so far and I believe they made it black so it’s rust free. So far I like it. We’ll see how long it holds up for as I have only just had it for a few days or so now.
2nd time purchase of (updated version) space saving DrainerAnonymous reviewerI've purchased this to replace the previous one which was galvanised (chrome/silver). This one has a black coating, so hopefully the metal won't fade or corrode like my previous one. Although black isn't exactly my ideal colour.
The ends of the folds no longer have the washer/ring, they weren't necessary, but were useful if you wanted to adjust the angle. The connecting rods seem improved as they are deeper than my old one, so there's less chance of small items slipping out of the ends.
I wish there was an add-on utensils rack for the ends so that you could put your cutlery.
