So fiddly!Anonymous reviewerI ordered these thinking they were the same product as some white magazine files I have had from Ikea for some time. But no! They have to be assembled, and they were incredibly fiddly. I had bought three packs of two, but I gave up and will be returning them. I do not understand why Ikea changed the design of a perfectly good product to make it a self-assembly nightmare. Also, these are much more shiny than the ones I've had before, and much less elegant. Thumbs down from this frustrated customer who now has to drive back to Reading to return them.

However, the assembly process was an absolute nightmare. It is incredibly fiddly, and somehow it felt like it took longer to put these together than it did to assemble an entire wardrobe. It was a total headache from start to finish. Beyond the assembly, they are also very expensive; honestly, they are not worth the money considering the amount of effort required, especially since you can find similar items available at a much lower price. I managed to get them built in the end, but I’ll be keeping an eye on them to see if they actually hold up over time.
