Lid doesn't fit though! Very odd design choice by IKEA, and very misleading picture. Currently debating whether to sand the lid down so it fits or just save myself the effort and return it. 3
Doesn’t fit controllers with lid onAnonymous reviewerThe insert fits nicely into the box with the lid on but can not store controllers with lid on. Disappointed to see that putting my controllers in the top then placing the lid on, it doesn’t fit flush, the lid sits on the joy sticks of the controller, which is annoying. The only reason I bought this was not to waste the open space up top without the insert in the box. Bought the lid and box advertised to fit.

Simple organisationAnonymous reviewerI got this to go in the Alex drawers and it fits well in the shallower top drawers. It allows great organisation of the smaller pieces so they don’t get jumbled up and the drawer end up being a mess. It is slightly smaller than the drawer so there is an area around the sides but big enough to keep the drawer visually pleasing. The different sizes of compartments gives a good choice for how you want to group different items without it looking like a junk drawer.5
