They look great with a large, decorative bulb and no shade for a modern look, or with a traditional shade. The base is heavy, so no danger of it toppling over. I bought as bedside lamps, but would look good in any room. I love them.
Lovely lampAnonymous reviewerI bought one of these last year as a bedside light and the heavy base makes it much more stable than my previous one that I sometimes knocked over. The little pull switch is a lovely feature and much easier to find than fiddling about in the dark for an online switch. This one is the second I’ve bought and after a year I wondered if the spec would have changed and it wouldn’t match the first but it was identical.
