Not airtightAnonymous reviewerWe bought these bottles based on the description given by IKEA that they were airtight. They are not!...
As non airtight bottles they are not fit for purpose as they also leak fluids.
IKEA have changed their returns policy for items bought in store which makes it unfeasible for us to return them as we live an hours drive from our closest IKEA store. 1

The worst ever jars!Anonymous reviewerAdvertised as "ideal for preserving pickles and jams" - what a lie! Bought several of them thinking to save on the Kilner jars but what a mistake! My whole batch of jams and marmalades became covered by mould after few weeks! I was thinking maybe I made a mistake when processing, so tried another time and it happened again! all my work, money spent on fruits, veggies, sugar etc all that went to the bin! Finally I "preserved" boiled water and finally I know it wasn't my fault, not the wrong process method but THOSE JARS!!! THEY ARE NOT TIGHT AT ALL! THEY DON'T SEAL PROPERLY AFTER FILLING THEM WITH HOT STUFF! THEY ONLY LOOK NICE AND THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM! IM SO MAD I BOUGHT THEM!!! DON'T BUY IF YOU WANT TO USE THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT STORING DRY INGREDIENTS! AVOID AT ALL COST!1
