Feels very cheap, and smells awfulAnonymous reviewer2 months after purchasing, im ready to dismantle and return it. On assembly some of the screws chewed up the wood. First sign of the quality. Check its 100 square before nailing in the backboard otherwise the doors wil be uneven. Worst of all though is that even after 2 months the smell coming from the wood is awful. Its seeped into all of the my clothes which are now living on a clothing rail elsewhere. I've read that this is glues and formaldehyde use to compress the wood, which should disappear within a few day. However these are really toxic and ive been sleeping a breathing this. Maybe the cheaper ranges of ikea product have less quality control but its unacceptable

Not the quality i expect from ikeaAnonymous reviewerUnfortunately the wardrobe isnt great quality. the side panels are a little warped which doesn't look nice when the doors are closed. the finish on the doors seems very thin and there seem to be bits trapped underneath it. There are dints in various places. I cant work out how to resolve this and who to contact.

Horrible wardrobeAnonymous reviewerI wish I hadn’t chosen this wardrobe at all. The doors are IMPOSSIBLE to put on. One got stuck and I had to pull it out but it’s damaged the top part of it. If I can attach an image I will do. Now I’m going to have to pay more money to get someone from task rabbit to hopefully help me. What a nightmare.

Great wardrobe, nice and spacious, only one issue.Anonymous reviewerThis is a great wardrobe which looks good and is very spacious! I’ve gone from having a small wardrobe and being unable to fit a lot of my clothes in to now being able to fit them all! My Dad kindly built the wardrobe for me so I can’t comment on whether or not it was easy to build and if there were any issues during assembly, so I will rate five stars for that as I assume there were no issues. The only problem that I do have with this wardrobe is that the both doors often derail from the ‘track’ at the bottom making them stiff to open and close. Usually I am able to pull it back into place (with slight difficulty) but this time I am really struggling to get it back on without damaging it. Other than that, it’s a fairly great wardrobe.

What is particleboard?
