both wardrobes were absolutely destroyedAnonymous reviewerwe bought 2 of these wardrobes. picked them up from the pick up point. when i took them out the boxes it was as if they had been man handled by a fork lift and bashed up. both wardrobes had the exact same massive damages and black mark scrapes on them. i’ve never had an issue with ikea before, so i was very surprised when we opened both boxes to see we’d been given not 1 but 2 completely damaged wardrobes. absolutely disheartening.

It's the perfect size for what we needed fits all my son's outer clothes, shoes all on the shelf part and toys in the bottom. We also added boxes on top of the wardrobe for extra storage, excellent.
Good wardrobe but attention to detail neededAnonymous reviewerThis was fairly simple to put together. We followed the instructions but ended up with the shelf on the wrong way round as the white edge was at the back and raw edge facing. This should be more clearly indicated on the instructions. Also the doors were slightly misaligned but this could have been due to an uneven floor (though it was a newly professionally laid floor). We managed to even it out by fixing to a side wall.

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
