NightmareAnonymous reviewerThis was not the usual easy to assemble IKEA item. It was made in Turkey whether this is the reason for the non existent instructions. None of the pieces were numbered. There were no words in the assembly brochure, alluding to the fact that the unit could be assembled either left or right. Making the assembly even more confusing. Be aware y you will need a PHD in carpentry to piece it together.

It’s very cost effective and it has a good amount of storage. Pretty easy to put together (but you will need a few hours hah).
The main annoyance is that the desk left side and right, when connecting have an unevenness of about 2mm and there’s no way to amend it. It seems nothing but if like me, you put your keyboard across them in the middle, it rocks which is super annoying.

Great study desk, easy to assemble.Anonymous reviewerReally pleased with this desk. It was easy to assemble and provides loads of space whilst not taking up too much room. My son uses it for gaming but it also has space to complete homework. It is also really sturdy (especially for heavy handed boys who need something to bang when a game is getting frustrating (he put a hole in previous desk!!!) so all in all very pleased.

A perfect match for my need for a study desk.Anonymous reviewerThe end result was just what I needed. It took a little longer to build than anticipated, and definitely requires two people. Feels sturdy, and there is ample space for a PC, laptop, and printer, along with surface to work on. The cupboard and drawer underneath offer additional storage space, and the shelves can be adjusted to accommodate files of different heights. Very pleased with my purchase.

it was awful to buildAnonymous reviewerIt's a nice desk, but it's also really flimsy. All that's holding it together is wooden dowels. The instructions were so confusing that you really had to stare at the page for an hour to understand what they meant. The biggest problem is the structure i regret buying this, but oh well

Could've been better Anonymous reviewered this desk for my home office since I work remotely. While it’s functional, there’s definitely room for improvement.
• A cable management tray or trunk would have been useful.
• A shelf underneath for a printer or an optional top shelf attachment would have been a great addition.
• The desk should have a curved design in the middle where you sit, rather than a V-shape, as the current design makes using a keyboard in the center awkward.
• Sitting along the long side of the desk can be uncomfortable at times since your legs may hit the cupboard with the shelf.
• The desk has a spacious work surface but lacks sufficient storage.
• Assembly wasn’t too difficult, and the instructions were clear.
Overall, the desk is usable but could be much better with these improvements. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re in a situation like mine, where you urgently need a desk for work.
