I dread to think what it would look like with kitchen grease on it. I tried to clean fingerprints with a standard kitchen cleaner and it left huge swirl marks. This will never look clean if installed. I returned immediately.1

Not badAnonymous reviewerFirst of once the worktop was installed I realised that there seems to be something trapped between the laminate and the chipboard creating a small bulge in the surface.
It also shows up a lot of marks which i hadn't anticipated, constantly having to wipe it down, which i guess would be the same for any grey worktop, but worth bearing in mind.
The colour is nice and suits the design of the room well.3

Poor replacement for EkbackenAnonymous reviewerGot two of these since the ekbacken is discontinued. This is cheaper and thinner and upon opening this, it is noticeably bowed. I was going to use this as a desktop but can't now do this and will be calling Ikea to return and refund. Wouldn't recommend 1
