Excellent qualityAnonymous reviewerIn the past I have used all plastic containers to store batch cooking or leftovers in the fridge, however if any contain tomato or spice-based sauces this stains the plastic and I find I discard them before the containers fully wear out, as I do not want to store other foods in them, because the stain makes the container look unclean and unappetising. I purchased the smaller version of these glass with plastic lid dishes and liked them so much I returned for these larger ones. Not only can I cook some food directly in the glass base, such as lasagne, then add the plastic lid once cooled to refrigerate when batch cooking, but tomato or spice based food like curries easily wash off the glass base leaving them stain free to be used for other usage.

I’m doing alot of batch cooking & these have been brilliant for storing in the fridge & freezer. Perfect size for a meal for one. Also better than plastic not only for the energy but the glass doesn’t get tainted by grease it strong smells from garlic ect when I’m cooking. I actually have 24 of these now!
