Missing partsAnonymous reviewerThis arrived today, whilst I'm happy with it's size and that it fits perfectly in the space, assembly took my husband over 3 and a half hours! Only when it came to putting the door knows on we realised that two knobs are missing from the pack. Plus one of the drawers does not shut properly, needs to be forced shut. I don't mind very much however, having two missing knobs is a nightmare. There's no customers service number to call and ask that we get replacement knobs. Only option online is to request a return and replacement of the chest of drawers. Firstly There's no guarantee that the next pack would contain everything and secondly, it took my husband nearly 4 hours to build this he doesn't fancy spending another 4 hours to build another chest of drawers! We simply want replacement knobs but there's no one available to talk to in ikea! We do not have a store in my county otherwise I'd pop instore to complain. Can someone from IKEA call me please?
Assembly ok apart from one issue Anonymous reviewerWent together absolutely fine, generally the quality is good looks a smart piece of furniture.
However one issue - when the drawers are all in and closed none of them line up some are too high some are too low. It looks terrible aesthetically such a shame for generally a lovely piece.

I’m now left with a gap which draws your attention to it. Looks like homes that are pre drilled have not been aligned correctly.

Great disappointmentAnonymous reviewerI'm sorry but I feel treated like a fraud. When I contacted Ikea I asked to solve the defect of the item by sending me new drawer fronts to replace it. Ikea itself came up with the idea of sending the entire chest of drawers. I had an agreed delivery date. I waited all day. No one informed me that the delivery was being held for further investigation. Then I was asked to send further photos and describe the entire situation related to the product defect. I was again informed that the entire chest of drawers would be sent to me, and I again organized a day off. Then I received a new e-mail that the delivery would be on different day and that I should return the chest of drawers that I had complained about. I paid someone to assemble the previous chest of drawers, now I will have to pay again to assemble the new one. This is really a very unpleasant experience for me. To prove that I'm not lying and not extorting a new chest of drawers, I have to give back the old one.

Terrible quality, overpricedAnonymous reviewerWhile the design is nice and it works well with Hemnes pieces, the parts I received were faulty and so it was not possible to assemble it properly -- one of the drawers hangs crookedly and another just won't close all the way. And while I appreciate that you no longer need a nail and hammers to assemble it, the quality is so poor...all particleboard and plywood, unlike older IKEA pieces I have that were solid wood and much sturdier. Now I'm stuck with this faulty, ugly thing with drawers that don't close and I've paid 300 GBP for it! It's so frustrating.

I could also appreciate the little improvements in terms of assembly and overall functionality when compared with the previous series.

It was the only one I could find that would fit in the space I needed to have it in and it looks lovely. I managed to put it together by myself but it really does need two people to do it or one strong man.
