Incredibly disappointing!Anonymous reviewerAfter the first use the seat cushion looked baggy. I smoothed the covers out but the issue gets worse with every use. The main base seat cushion is very wrinkled and baggy. After about 4 weeks the fabric started to lose its beautiful linen look and the weave is ‘merging’, fluffing up and looking worn. 8 weeks later it’s looking like an old sofa!
It’s not particularly comfortable either, certainly not as comfortable as the showroom model.
One of the struts on the storage chaise is not working properly.
This sofa also seems very prone to odd marks (another reviewer has noted this too). We are forever hoovering it with the upholstery attachment which doesn’t do a great job but given the fragility of the fabric we do not want to rub or put any pressure on it! Despite hoovering all of the seats it’s only looking ‘worn’ in the area where we sit which would suggest that it’s not a fabric that is ‘fit’ for purpose.
All in all we feel we’ve wasted £999!1

The dark green cord cover attracts dust and bits. Always hoovering.
On reflection, would have a different cover. As it’s not main sofa can put up with it’s unsquishiness.
Some holes for construction in correct. Needs 2 people to put together and quite heavy.4

Amazing sofaAnonymous reviewerWe bought this sofa for our first flat after seeing it in the store and being impressed at how comfy it was. It is honestly one of the best purchases we’ve made- you can spend hours on this sofa, and friends who have slept on it when staying over have said how comfortable it is. The storage space in the chaise longue is also amazing. The sofa is a perfect size and helps divide our lounge and kitchen area very well without being too big. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. 5
