    Mechanism JamedAnonymous reviewerI bought this in 2023, worked fine for the first summer, next summer mechanism Jamed and not usable. Umbrella quality is good but bad mechanisms and engineering. It's not cheap, now I have to buy new one.3
    Easy to operate Anonymous reviewerThis parasol is very easy to assemble but the instructions do not mention the tilt in the first pole which connects to the base. This has to tilt away from the parasol to give stability and extra height. The display model in IKEA Glasgow is built wrong and makes the parasol height too low. The poles supporting the parasol are oval, not round so the parasol stays in place, it does not swing in a breeze. The mechanism is excellent, very easy to use to open the parasol and to tilt it. Having the vent to let wind through is helpful and of course, being able to wash the fabric is great. 5

    Impressed so farAnonymous reviewerIt's very easy to setup with clear instructions,great size,looks great and feels sturdy,wouldn't waste time and money buying parasol bases,just get 4 paving slabs from a builders merchants (45cms x 45cms x 32mm thick), much cheaper and effective,overall very good value for money5
