Non locking lidAnonymous reviewerThe pot itself is great, but the lid is the big let down. With draining holes, I'd expect the lid to lock, but this is not the case, hence the functionality is reduced for the sake of a small change.

Lid without clipsAnonymous reviewerI was expecting to have clips on the lid of this. I had an earlier version which had clips on the lid. Hence, I was a bit disappointed to have this new version of the product without clips on the lid. Apart from this the product quality is very good.

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?
Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties.
