I'll stick to stainless steelAnonymous reviewerI thought this would be perfect for cooking my preferred over-easy eggs, but I was disappointed. I'm not sure how it's possible, but it seems to get too hot on my gas hob, causing the eggs to stick (even after trying different temperatures).
I prefer my stainless steel IKEA frying pans. They've given me similar or much better results and they are healthier and safer than using pans with these coatings.1
