The smallest scuff scratches the paint off and it’s such a thin layer with no scratch protection that after a year, it looks run down. They don’t even offer you some touch up paint or tools to help fix it. It doesn’t come under the 10 year warranty so don’t be fooled by the misleading advertising. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If you damage the paint on the corners or scratch the surface, the fibre board beneath will blow. This looks very unsightly and although the cabinet doors are cheap, it is a big pain to replace them.

Although the colour is great, we hung 2 doors and both scraped through to the white carcass in 3 different places, before we even got the handles on. Avoid dark green at all costAnonymous reviewerWe've had the dark green colour kitchen for a few months, used only for 4 months and it chips incredibly easily. Regreting getting it every day. We had another manufacturer for 3 years in dark blue without a single chip while heavily used. This one in less than 4 months is chipped in several places and it comes without any protection for installation. We now have to order replacements and in our area we need to pay for delivery. So far we have no chips on the side panels, once we get them we are screwed. Avoid at all cost, very bad quality, very disappointed.

Took 11 months to get this door with no updates from customer servicesAnonymous reviewer2 years after starting kitchen installation we're finally done.
After lots of issues we were sent a 2nd installer. That went well enough, but there were parts missing or damaged in fitting.
It took Ikea 11 months to send this door! It was near impossible to get through to them for information. It takes at least 45 mins to reach customer services by phone & they are completely unhelpful. E-mails go unanswered. Visiting the store doesn't help. The door wasn't out of stock in other countries.
When the door finally arrived, Ikea's fitter ruined it in seconds by drilling through it, without thinking or measuring. When a 2nd door came in, we made sure all measures were done ourselves, and faced an absolutely uncooperative attitude. He made false claims about how fittings worked, and went quiet and sulky when realising he was wrong.
This last stage, having a hostile presence at home, left us with a really bad taste in the mouth.
Products are okay - process is an absolute nightmare.

Unfortunately the door and any of the other items in the same range had to be handled with great care. Wearing gloves when fitting is a recommendation, to avoid too much manual handling.
Any slight knock or gentle scrape would leave a permanent mark which cannot be removed.
