However when I looked for matching chairs, and none were on the shelf at the collection point, I ordered them for home delivery, only to find out on the day they were due they weren’t coming because of being out of stock again! No update, no customer service call…nothing. When I called IKEA, they said sorry, never mind eh, we’ll send you a refund and if you personally collect it from another store where there IS availability, off you go… Hmm, now I’ve got a table fully assembled but with no matching chairs! Hard to find grey chairs from another store too. Disappointed.4

I feel that some parts of the table could have been put together in the factory, so to speak, and save you a whole lot of time. Instructions were reasonable to follow and you did need to whack some of it with a hammer to get it to fit properly!! All on all a decent table for the price and is sturdy once put together. Would recommend. We had 5 people around it for Christmas but you could’ve got 6 nicely too!5

This was reordered by you customer support team (who was very efficient). Sadly the table top as got a small dent on the top which is visible, but after having to wait a few days longer already I could not be bothered with sending it back.
